I was lucky that early in my nursing career I had several great mentors:
- One who showed me how to develop as a professional
- One who encouraged my creativity
- The most important one who taught me to believe in myself
It is because of them, I believe in the importance of mentoring. It is my hope that this blog will encourage more mentoring in nursing.
